it may be working again, but its either not giving out gifts or its not registering them

Don't fear with time. Precision seems more important ^^ Just relax and try to put the pieces at the right place and you'll see your score skyrocking ^^
For the castle puzzle (the easiest), take care: the pieces with pink always go on the left, orange in the middle and yellow on the right ^^
i score high points and I only get the tights Anyone else with this problem
i keep getting the stupid tights
do the puzzle with a very good precision and don't make any mistake. if you make a mistake (and don't want to lost your energy or ticket), stop doing the puzzle and click again 'do event' at the below. as long as your last puzzle has not been completed, you're not losing your tix and energy after click the 'do event' :)
