I've completed like 20+ philanthropies and haven't gotten the dress....
Same here.. Completed 36 but can't get that damn dress :\ only VIP members are able to get it? :(
no, i have two sisters who aren't vip and they have it.. i guess you've just got to have luck on your side :\

you guys need to contribute 5 Star in each philanthropies. I got that dress two times already. just keep pitch in! (Make sure every philanthropies you join you contribute 5 star.
that's when i achieve each time.. yet the most i get is the monkey! :(
I never get the dress in philanthropies. It doesn't matter how much I participate I only ever get the monkey...
i'm not a vip but have received 6 dresses what i can't get is the necklace and the other to finish 4 th african country to go to the last site so i'm stuck at 90%
