To request a Plain Summer Garden Dress, go to Style Upgrade--> Upgrade an Item-->Scroll right for the last outfit--> Click the blue request button.

I think I will stop upgrading to the Superb Summer Garden Dress. The rest looks a bit iffy. Even though the yellow jacket is cute, it kind of hides the beautiful floral print dress.
