Over the past two weeks, an issue has arose in Sorority Life which may limit your ability to receive gifts. We sincerely apologize for this error. Our developers are aware of this issue, so there is no need to report it or update us further about the current state of the problem.
The Sorority Life team has isolated the root of this problem, and cultivating a fix is currently their top priority. Unfortunately, this fix might take slightly longer than anticipated. At this time, we do not have an exact date when this issue will be fixed.  To receive updates about the status of this issue, click the "subscribe" link at the top right-hand corner of this field. 
Your continuing patience as we work to implement a lasting fix for this issue is sincerely appreciated.

I'd just like to say "you're welcome" because it took me sending in a 6th support ticket basically screaming through CAPS! and swearing profusely about their lack of customer service that Willa (who was assigned to my ticket submitted late night on the 24th) finally got this posted. after 8 months of NOTHING on the Known Issues page of Playdom support.
