Go to http://merit.playdom.com and start playing Playdom games to reward yourself with some fabulous glam! You get 100 crowns for joining and that will enable you to collect Purple Poof Heels for 90 crowns. You get crowns when you buy BPs from Sorority Life and other Playdom games.You need crowns to level up and as you level up more glam items will unlock.

I bought 215 bps today and didnt get any crowns

You have to play Sorority Life, but I think you can GET crowns after you BUY BP GLAM in the game, not after you buy BPs.
get the boat it has 15 popular (if ur still trying to get badge)
so is this anotherway for playdom to get our money

U don't need to spend real money if u can't. When u join to Merit u get 100 free crowns and the shoes cost 90 crowns so u get them for free.
I tried both: bought bps and then bought bp outfit, no crowns so this really is a beta version...
i just bought bp glam and i didnt get any crowns for it .. not even level up
